1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 By participating in this promotion (the Promotion), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Decisions of SharkNinja Pty. Ltd. (ABN 87 147 260 197) trading as Shark Clean (Promoter) are final.
1.2 Open to Australian residents aged 18+ only. Promoter employees, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible.
1.3 Governed by Australian law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and territory regulations.
2. HOW TO ENTER
2.1 Promotional Period: Friday, 28 November 2025, 12:00 PM to 11:59 PM AEDT.
2.2 Entry: Complete a purchase of any Shark product on sharkclean.com.au during the Promotional Period. Each purchase = one entry into that hour's draw.
2.3 Multiple purchases are eligible as separate entries. Each customer can win once only during the Promotional Period.
2.4 Gift card purchases are excluded.
3. PRIZES & DRAWS
3.1 Twelve (12) hourly draws will be conducted, one winner per hour from 12:00 PM - 11:59 PM AEDT (12 prize winners total).
3.2 Prize: Full refund of the winning order. Refund amount will not exceed actual purchase price paid (including any discounts/promotional codes applied at checkout).
3.3 Winners randomly selected within 48 hours after each hourly period at the Promoter's office, Suite 23.02, Level 23, 45 Clarence Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
3.4 Refund processed to original payment method within 14 business days of verification.
4. WINNER NOTIFICATION
4.1 Winners notified via email within 7 days using order contact details. Must respond within 14 days to claim prize.
4.2 Unclaimed prizes forfeited. Redraw at Promoter's discretion within 30 days.
4.3 Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and proof of purchase before awarding prizes.
5. CONDITIONS
5.1 Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders after the Promotional Period are ineligible.
5.2 Cannot be combined with other giveaways/competitions unless expressly stated.
5.3 Promoter not responsible for technical issues, delays, lost orders, or network failures affecting entry.
5.4 Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion due to unforeseen circumstances including technical difficulties, fraud, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
5.5 Participants agree to receive marketing emails (unsubscribe anytime).
5.6 Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including Non-Excludable Guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), the Promoter excludes all liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the Promotion.
6. PRIVACY
The Promoter collects personal information to conduct this Promotion and for future marketing purposes. By entering, you consent to collection, storage, and use of your information as per our Privacy Policy: https://sharkclean.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. Information will not be disclosed outside Australia.
